I have 3 wall lights, 1 working 2 not. A circuit tester probe shows power coming through but bulbs won't light up. Have checked & cleaned up light fittings, tried different light fitting, confirmed bulb ok but still does not light up. Grateful for any suggestions.

Loose neutral at the other end of the circuit (possibly one of the other wall lights).
If that 'circuit tester probe' works with only 1 probe, it is useless for identifying this kind of fault.
