i got a call from my mother that her wall had been blown over during the night in high winds.
its about 8/9ft cement blocks on top of dry stone, but the property on the other side is level with where the cement blocks start.
She wants to rebuild it and is keen on reusing the same blocks. at first I thought that it would be a bad idea but i cant really think why we shouldn't.
any advice is greatly appreciated.

If it was built 4 inch thick in blockwork and was 9 ft tall I'm not surprised it came down in high winds. There isn't much point in rebuilding it to the same spec.
