Hello,

Just planning out what im going to do with the loft and I'm stumped to what these walls are? Are they some sort of support for the beam? Its a foundation wall that is on all floors.

Can this be removed it I were to get a builder to do an loft conversion?

Thanks in advance!

Looks like it has been added afterwards to add support to purlin.

If you were to do a loft conversion, you would normally add some steel beams, which can be used to support the purlin

Why would you want to remove the support to the purlin?

You could replace the block and brick with a neat 4"x4" timber prop going down on to the wall below, but attempting to remove or relocate the purlin itself would give you no additional useable space.
