wall tiling

I am not exactly new to tiling but I have never done mitreing along edges of tiles for external corners, any hints or tips on the quickest easiest method for doing this on 45cm ceramic tiles?. I only have a small plasplug wet cutter and a mini angle grinder with diamond disc.

Tile trim is usually the best thing to use, unless the type of tile you are using also has a rounded edge version available.
