Thinking of using outside labour for first time to wallpaper hall.Estimate that 8/9 rolls of heavy duty wallpaper which requires ready mixed adhesive.Highest point of hall about 3.5 metres.What would be a reasonable price for labour only ,if I remove old paper and supply all materials?
