Warm fridge section of Hotpoint FFM90

Hi fellas.
My HP FFM90 fridge/freezer seems to be playing up. The fridge isn't staying cold but the freezer seems ok. Any ideas?

Thanks for that. I left it overnight to defrost, but to be fair there didn't seem to be much ice anyway, after i did the hairdryer thing. Even removed the back panel of the freezer to help it along. Its back on but seems to be cooling very slowly, maybe even sticking at about -13. I'll give it a while longer to see what happens. Then it might be time to call an engineer out.
