Warmflow oil boiler domestic water temp.

I have a Warmflow Combi boiler (oil) which isn't heating the domestic water to a high enough temperature. Radiators get hot enough very quickly but the domestic water not really hot enough for washing up etc.
Is this anything to do with the lower temperature of the incoming water this time of year.
Is there a way to turn the domestic water temperature up, rad water easy to adjust, big dial on front of boiler.

Is the water flow sufficient? If it is less than it used to be, then it could be a scaled heat exchanger. Alternatively, there may be a problem with the blending valve. Feel the pipework from the heat exchanger to the blending valve to see how hot it is. If that is hot, but the outlet is cold, then that valve could be your problem. There is a knob to adjust the temperature, but if it has not been moved for a long period, you could initiate a leak.

Sorry for late reply, internet problems.
Should not be scaled heat exchanger as boiler only three years old, but we are in a very hard water area.
Not able to feel pipes into blender as they are in the wall but thanks for your reply.

Three years is plenty of time for an unprotected heat exchanger to scale up. What's your blender doing in the wall? It should be inside the boiler.
