Washer spinning slowly

Hiya,

I have a NEFF V4380 washer dryer. There is a problem with the spinning - it spins much slower than it should.

Does anyone have any ideas? It has had new motor brushes fitted recently, but that didn't help.

not familiar with your particular m/c but how tight is the drive belt

The drive belt seems fairly tight. Should I make it really tight?

One reason could be, that the water is not being fully pumped out of the drum. If your machine has a filter, check to see if it needs cleaning. could also be a slight blockage in the pump.
