do you mean the BRUSHES on the motor?
Yes Brushes on the motor
Back panel off, belt off, 2 hex head screws hold motor to outer drum, unplug motor from wiring harness, remove motor, each brush is held with 2 screws which may be torx type. You need to check which motor you have as there are at least 2 makes, Hoover or C.E.S.E.T.
