washing machine Bosh WFB 2000 / door won't open

Hi all,

I have a Bosh washing machine WFB 2000. The door won't open !
I have tried to clean the pump -- didn't change anything. The program was not on rinse hold so that cannot be the problem.
In fact, I have the impression that the water drained normally... My clothes are inside... what can i do?
Help !

you say that you have the impression that it drained the water. i'd suggest that you reset it for another final spin, then wait a good few minutes and try the door again. if it won't open give the cabinet a thump with the side of your fist on the front panel near the lock. that might just unlatch it.
 
I have tried to do extra spins many times but ..
the thump with the fist worked !
