Hello,

Nice to have found a handy forum like this one !

my machine empties itself during the washing cycle.
When the water level is too low, the cycle stops and fills up again.

This happens only in the regular cycle and does not seem to be a problem with the gently cycle.

Would this be a timer problem ?

Thanks

difficult to give advice on a canadian machine however sometimes a washer can empty itself by a syphoning action down the waste pipe. if you have a u-bend in your waste outlet, you must ensure that the end of your drain-out hose is not pushed too far down your drain so as to be in the u-bend. other than that i don't know what to suggest.
