Washing machine error code

Hi,

I'm getting the error code 5e on my samsung J1253 washing machine.

I have done whats been suggested, clean filter, check drainage hose etc and still getting the same error code when the machine attempts to drain.

The filter propeller was making an awful noise when attmepting to drain so i checked it and it seemed fine?! It seems to stick at 9 mins.

Anyone got any ideas??? at all??

This is probably better placed in the appliances forum.
I have asked the mods to move it there.

If the "filter propeller" is very noisy then it isn't "fine".
Either junk is rattling around in there or your pump has gone awol.
If you checked the filter/housing & found nothing then change the pump, they are not expensive.
