hi, it's an indesit but i can't give you a model number as it's the mother in laws machine. basically it doesn't matter what program it's on but it just fills with water and immediately empties. there's no kink in any pipes and i think it might be the programmer but don't know for sure. i think she secretly wants a new one anyway! i thought it might be a generic problem anyway. thanks, mark
