Washing but not spinning

Could their be a simple solution?

If not is it cost effective to get someone in to fix (usually)?

Is it as good as dead?

Any opinions gratefully received

Numerous models of Indesit with different reasons for the same fault.
If you post your model it would help with an attempt to diagnose.
