Washing machine stops at rinse

Bosch washing machine runs the main wash part of the program all right, then start rinsing for two/three minutes and stops! All buttons still work, but the machine does not move and the start button is dead.

Need to wait about an hour, then press the start button again and I can get water out through the pumping program

Pump is clean, drain hose is where it has been for years.

Any idea?
