Washing Machine trips RCD immediately when switched on

Hi, we recently moved our washing machine while the floor was tiled. When moved back into position, it now trips as soon as the power is switched on, door not even closed or cycle started. Tried in another power outlet and same happens. Unplugged, took rear panel off and checked all wiring for any loose connections.

Any ideas?

examine the flex and plug for damage.

If you had to tip it to move it perhaps water has splashed out of drum or pump area & short circuited something, it's a long shot but the only other possibility is as John says, you have somehow damaged the cable during the move. Leave it to dry out for a few days & see what happens. You will need a multimeter & the skills to use it in order to check anything else.
