Hi Buffers.
I think you will find the programer supplies electric to two solinoid valves, which allows/pumps water through the dispenser drawer.
I would think the solinoid for the powder valve has gone and needs replacing.
Testing, removing and replacing these valves is easy, I think I paid £5 for a second hand valve about six years ago.
