Is it possible to buy a T junction with a 40mm straight pipe to a 32mm connection at the T?

Thought it was worth a look to see if the sizes where there she wanted.

I did notice it was hose pipe, looks better made than waste so may serve a purpose if there is a 40mm with 33mm centre.
