I have a toilet that has a pan right angle connector that goes into the waste pipe. It is leaking where the rubber seal is as it enters the waste pipe.

I have changed the seal for a new one but it is still leaking. I can't change the end on the waste pipe as it is tiled into the wall.

Is there a way of making the rubber seal larger or another way of sealing it?

Pan connectors usually have a number of sealing rings which make the seal into the soil pipe
If the pan connector is pushed into the soil pipe and then pulled back out slightly the rings can deform and not make the correct seal
Try taking the pan connector back out then push back in only
