I'm 99% sure the answer is no, but is there any circumstance where a bath waste pipe can be bossed into the bottom of a 100mm rainwater pipe where the soil and rainwater are combined underground?

If they are combined undeground, I cant see that being a problem - a lot of baths/showers connect into rain water drains in combined areas through half way up the rain water pipe. In my experience the problem only occurs when the storm and foul systems are separate.
