morning, i asked a question yesterday about sealing a leaking waste wc pipe,i was toold to repair it with polypipe gap filling solvent..is this the glue that you actually join these pipes together with? or is it a different glue

They're all called "solvents", not glue. Yes it's used for joining as well, but they do one which isn't called "gap filling". Polypipe stuff needs it because it doesn't always fit together very well :lol: .
