The other side of our garage wall is a concrete path. I think water is pooling on the concrete and then seeping through the wall. When it rains we usually have a good sized puddle on the garage floor.
The path is our neighbours property. It looks like some additional cement/concrete has been added to try and seal the area where the wall a d path meet. However there is no where for the water to go as the path is level (along its length) and slopes towards our garage (away from their house).
Wondering how we can stop the leak. Had 2 ideas so far
1. Drill holes through the concrete to allow water to seep away.
2. Cut a channel in the concrete to allow it to run away. Approx 2-3m long and I don't have the tools.
Any other thoughts ideas on ways to solve this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
