Water from above flat in my garden! ahhh!

Hello all

Ok this is my problem I live in a ground floor flat, the flat above me has a pipe when they have a bath it leaks loads of water into my garden. The bloody woman is trying to tell me that its coming from my pipe. Today i was going to sent the kids in the garden when all this water started gushing out, and it was hot!

What can I do since she wont listen would it be possible to cap it off.

It's likely to be overflow from the bath.

You could ask her if she'd change the bath waste to one that takes overflow water also.

Owner or residents association.

Then instead of it flowing into your garden it will come through your ceiling!

so capping it is a no go then. she admitted today that it was hers she also says that it must be blocked because she doesn't overflow her bath. The whole patio was filled with water!

Change the bath waste to one that takes overflow? Tell me more sounds like that would do the job. How much would that cost?

Plus shes on the first floor so she would see me take the picture and we are both women, you would think that she would use her brain because when i knocked on the door she was in the bath. lol
