Water, hot cold hot cold ...

Hi,

My boiler (Wooster Bosch CDi25), has recently started running hot cold for approx. 10 minutes before it finally, properly, runs hot.

Any ideas to the cause of this?

It's around 10 years old, I accuired it when I moved, back in Feburary.

Turns out it was down to low pressure, used the key to re-pressurise and hey presto.

Sorry that nobody replied to you, but I'm glad you found the answer.

I'm sure you'll be monitoring the pressure for a while, and you might find that the problem occurs again. If so, come back here for advice, because there's a discrete set of causes of this, and it can be diagnosed by asking you questions about your system.
