Water Ingress - HELP!

We are having water Ingress coming through the top of the windows on the ground floor of our house i.e. where the window meets the plastered wall inside. The windows immediately above on first floor have all been resealed as have the ones on the ground floor that are leaking. Any suggestions as to what might be causing this? The house is 18 months old.

One suggestion could be the builders didn't put weep holes above the lead tray to the window (if there is one), or they have become blocked.
Or there could be no tray at all.

Seems like there is no cavity tray installed above the frame.

This should be covered by any warranty

Its nothing to do with the windows above

spin0304, you didn't say if it only happened when it rains or if it is all the time?
