water left in rubber seal after washing Aquarius wd640g

hi there,

I have a Hotpoint Aquarius wd640G. After washing there is water left in the rubber part of the washing machine (see picture). Its not a massive problem but I wondered if it might indicate a problem that could potentially get worse. Can anyone advise?

Clean the drain holes out under the water there blocked with crud
