Hi, about 2 years ago we had a loft conversion with dormer to rear. Over Christmas I noticed what appeared to be water marks along one of the dormer walls that runs along our original and our neighbours roof line. (See photos) does anyone know what could be causing this please? It happened when we had a few days of very cold weather along with high winds and rain. Thanks in advance.
