water on pipework

Can anyone please help on a problem im having, under my kitchen sink there is the main cold water coming up in copper it tees off to the dishwasher also but the problem is the pipework seems to get wet its like condensation on it, this only happends when the dishwasher is on and the rest of the time the pipework is bone dry. the dishwasher discharge pipe connects into the trap and this seem to get very hot when the dishwasher is on. There seems to be no leaks on the discharge pipe from dishwasher and i gave all the instanter fittings a squeeze on pipework.

its sounds like the dishwasher discharge is heating up the cupboard under the sink causing the cold water pipe to condensate.
If this is the case then you can lag the pipe and/or ventilate the cupboard, obviously both being the best option but its down to practicality of ventilating

Lag the dishwasher discharge or mains? This must be the cause alright because the back wall is getting a bit damp also and getting a bit of a damp smell from there also.

It`s probably the rest of the house that needs ventilating  Condensation usually finds it`s way into cupboards and other "still air" spaces - from the main area of the house
