My house has great water pressure, and a good boiler (apparently - it's called a 'Megaflow'). Running a hot tap anywhere in the house at a 'normal' medium flow rate you could be there all day and it wouldn't get hot - you need to turn it on to full power that splashes everywhere like mad! Washing up in the kitchen makes a right mess!
In the shower this isn't a problem as you always have it on full, but one of my showers has a rain head, and it seems this is holding it back a bit somehow on the flow that gets reached, as a result this shower no longer gets hot!
Is there possibly some valve that has become sticky and only gets forced open when the pressure is high or something like that??
Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks
