Water pressure and flow test

Hello all,

Does anyone know what I would need to buy to measure the water pressure on my tap and also (if possible) the flow rate?

I am sure there is something you can attach to an outside tap, but I can't find anything.

Any idea how to measure flow? Perhaps a bucket and timer method?

Thats it....measure litres per min in a marked container.
