Our house has always had really high water pressure, but after our water being switched off for a day for them to add pipes for new houses across the road our pressure has dropped, so now when the hot water taps are switched on the boiler isn't registering it and isn't lighting.
I am positive it's down to the pressure as twice the pressure has increased and the boiler has switched on, and on one occassion this happened we had the tap running and you could visibly see the water slow, then the boiler locked out as it was no longer registering the water.
Do I have to call a plumber and if I do is there anything they can do?
any advice would be gratefully received
