Any help very much appreciated.
3 problems: can anyone tell me if they are all related to low water pressure?
Pressure at kitchen tap is never more than 50% of the pressure/flow at basement mains tap. If we use the garden hose from the mains basement tap, the tank does not fill and we get an air lock.
Potterton Suprima 100 (2001) trips out daily. It had a new replacement board 3 months ago.
The cold water mains supply to power shower cuts out intermittently, usually after 2 showers. Hot stays running. Pump stays running.
