Water pump query

Hi guys.

I want to put a utility room down in my cellar.
I need a way to pump the waste water out (from the sink and washing machine).
I was thinking along the saniflow line, but they all seam to be for toilets and wash basins etc....
Is there a specific unit or system available?

you can get it from most merchants, not sure on current prices though
