Water drips even when the tap is in closed position. Is it better to replace cartridge or full tap?

Also where can I get a cartridge for these sorts ?

Your tap has 1/4 turn ceramic tap valves ,and there are many versions/ types/ sizes. Removing one and taking it to a good plumbers merchant for them to match would be a good idea.

Unless there’s a make on the taps, then as per @terryplumb, you’ll, have to remove it and take to a merchant, unless your employer suggests new taps.

Thanks. Are these easier to remove to replace the valves ? As the ones I’ve done in the past just had a long nose basically and just unscrew.

Usually a grub screw at the rear of the tap handle ,behind a decorative cap. Remove the grub screw ,and handle pulls up ,and off. Revealing the valve ,which unscrews with a spanner.
Turn water supply off first .... obviously :cautious:

you could try soaking the cartridge in distilled white vinegar for an hour or so, worked on ours
