I live in a old Victorian end terrace, the water supply seems to go under my house from front to back then in to the kitchen where it splits to supply me then continues under my house to supply next door. I suspect there is a leak between the service to my kitchen and next door, so technically a leak in next doors supply but under my house. Are United Utilities responsable for this as it's next doors supply and they are required to supply the water to that house?

If it is on yours or your neighbours property then it is up to you or your neighbour to sort it.

United Utilities are responsible for the boundary stop tap, and anything on their side of it.

You are responsible for anything on your side of the stop tap.

Hope this helps.
