Watermill pr50d shower pump packed up?

My mums told me her shower pressure has disappeared. Upon looking at the pump it's making a louder noise than normal and the pressure is indeed very flat.

I thought if post to get a little advice on what could be causing this and how much it could cost to remedy. Could the pump have become furred up? This has been suggested to me. If she needs a new pump how much would it cost plus installation costs? Could the pump be installed by me? From looking online the pump appears to be the unit itself and 4 pipes? Could I install it?

Any advice greatly appreciated.

straight swap,just have to drain the pipes first.

It would be better and poss cheaper to identify exactly whats wrong first.

Could be a sticking non return valve or just a blocked filter!
