Watertight Shell Cost in 2022

So I’ve had plans drawn up & SER designs for a 2 storey side extension to my current property. 7m x 3m. One opening of 2m with steel, 2 smaller openings with concrete lintels. I am asking builders for quotes for a watertight shell (founds/brick & block work + upper half render/timber kit inner leaf/roof & tile/windows/drainage) & the demo work.

What can I realistically be looking at paying in the current climate?
