This boiler is 3 years old and is coming up with a E9 fault which i've been told is circulation?? some one as been out and changed the pump £200
the old one they left was a Salus?? so I think the customer as been ripped off
This is an intermittant fault and when I was there it was working ok, so if any one can help please reply asap

I dont see anywhere better to post it ( except the CC perhaps ).

But if you dont want it here you should delete the salient aspects.

Although I would only charge about £175, the £200 is still well within a reasonable charge band.

Why do you think they have been ripped off if it was a circulation issue and the new pump fixed it?

They left the old pump that they said they had removed and it was a cheap Salus pump.
