WB Greenstar 42CDI

I've got a worcester bosch 42cdi which the heat exchanger has just been replaced (by WB).

Now only half my radiators work and the boiler seems to only get to 66 degrees and then drops down again.

Any ideas what the problem could be?

Get them back mate is the simple answer.

The only reasons I can think of that call for replacing a hex are production fault and heavy corrosion.
Never heard of a faulty Greenstar hex, which makes corrosion option number 1 -> system full of crap.
