ok i don"t post" ..at all..

so lets say see..."apart from rich"...

6mm backerboards.....???for overboarding what do you think off them... think then?...

Backerboards are a whole world better than Ply, although I'm still not keen on a thin backerboard glued and screwed, in particular for natural stone, so I would specify a 12mm board glued and screwed, or a thick ply to joists then an uncoupling membrane.
