WC macerator

hi can som1 plz help me
i have a WC macerator and evey time it flushes it looses the trap in the WC pan, i have ajusted the water level in the WC cistern as 2 the manufacturers instructions. it still is happening. please help me

does the waste pipe from the unit run lower than the unit ?

An AAV may be required here, I have heard of this problem before with maxerators. If the waste runs steep from the unit and at a lower level, then trap seal is lost through self siphonage
