Have fitted a new wc a couple of weeks ago. every thing has been fine until recently. when flushed the water level in the pan drops to a low level then starts to ''glug''. the level then rises. the final level seems a little lower that it was when fitted a few weeks ago. Any ideas !!

wc makes noise when flushed

I have had this happen, I think its a partial blockage. I usually empty a bucket of water down the WC, often cures it. Water level normally returns to normal.
