Wonder if you can help me.

I have two low level WCs in a property I own, these are connected to the same soil stack, one is one the ground floor, the other is one the first floor.

When I fluch the one on the ground floor the water level rises to near the top of the pan before falling well below it's normal 'resting' level

When I flush the WC on the first floor everything appears to be fine, however the WC downstairs starts to gargle and make glugging noises.

Am I right in thinking that I have a blockage betwen the two? How can I resolve this problem?

Many thanks in advance,

Terry

i think you do have a blockage some where after the two WC join, have you looked in the nearest manhole

Sus out where the soil stack dumps out and sticks some rods up the run the blockage is probably located on the bend at the bottom of the stack

Thanks Corgi Man, I'll have a gander and let you know my findings

Terry
