WC waste-expert advice needed

I would like to install a WC in an en-suite bathroom and connect the waste in to an existing horizontal waste branch from a WC that goes to the soil vent pipe. Effictivly the horizontal branch will have two WC\\\'s teed into it with tees at 0.5m apart.
This is physically possible but can anyone advise me if this is acceptable under building regs or if there may be any syphoning issues i.e will it need a small vent on the new (furthest point connection)WC soil pipe??
