I am about to mix some concentrated weed killer with some water however I don't stand the instructions.

It says 'Apply in 80-150 l/ha water for this dose rate' ?

Can someone help please.

What spray is it? It usually gives ratios for knapsack sprayers if you look close enough on label or manufacturers website

So my garden is about 40 Meter squared. So so I just need 16ml for 1litre?

Your ratio is pretty much spot on. I use Rosate as well (brilliant stuff) and after researching and reading online as I encountered the same issue as you, I found out 100ml per 5l was about right.

Make sure you are VERY careful using this near any grass. If you walk on any applied substance and then walk on the grass after, you'll get some nice dead-grass shaped footprints to admire
