Weird Damp Problem 2

Hi all, as requested I have taken some better pictures of a damp problem I am trying to resolve! The outside is sealed , rendered and painted. On the inside there are no leaks but the walls are getting very wet as you can see from the picture. Does anyone know what the problem could be and how I fix it?

Try running a bead of silicone along the underside of the coping stones to form a drip. See if that stops the water running down the wall.

You have to suspect interstitial condensation on an outside wall.

the coping joints Cover it with a piece of plastic sheet - temporary - and see if I`m not right
