Hi please help. My tele is connected to my hi fi for better sound. All of a sudden the volume started turning up really loud and all though you could turn it down with the remote as soon as you took your finger off the -volume button the volume went straight back up really loud. My son leant me an amplifier and after two days that did the same thing. He thought maybe it could be that one of the speakers might have been too close to the hi fi ? amplifier. I've rearranged everything and the hifi seems fine again. Could it really have been that the speaker was too close. If not then doyou have any idea what was causing it.
