Please i want to locate and change the preheating relay in Opel Combo 1.7D Tour from 1998. I had problem starting the car even though i have recently changed the battery. It was during the process of helping to start the vehicle by "wagenwacht Service" that it was diagnosed to be having the relay problem after the status of the battery and alternator have been certified good. Please can someone help me out here.

EDIT: Ah I see, its taken a big thread shovel to get this 6 year old thread up from the bottom lol!!

Ps - the relay might be by the battery, its a metallic rectangular object with a bit plug on the bottom!
