Wet UFH pipes under drinks bar

I am planning to have a drinks bar installed once I complete fitting out a room. Regarding UFH, would it cause an issue of having UFH pipes running below the drinks cabinet? I plan to have one mini drinks fridge also.

Majority of drinks would be kept 4ft+ off floor level. No food to be stored.

I have read that have a layer of insulation under the fridge can help with keeping it cool.

id rather not miss out a section of UFH just incase i decide on changing plans in the future.

Have read conflicting reports, hence the question.

Install the UFH under the bar. It won't make a difference

Put it under there and lay some Celotex over it
