Wet winter. Fencing & brick work & paths green

Above stained in parts, I assume due to a wet winter, at least here.
Is there something I can just spray on which was cause green algae or mould or whatever to disappear? Or apply with brush?

You could try using a product called 'algon'. It's basically strong vinegar and kills algae, dilutes down and can be sprayed and probably brushed on.
